Buying from outside the United States
For international procurement, AWS Marketplace and Azure Marketplace are the primary path. The hyperscaler is the reseller of record in your country, which handles local-currency invoicing, tax compliance, and FX through their existing infrastructure rather than through HailBytes.
Brazil
AWS Brasil (Amazon's CNPJ-registered Brazilian entity for AWS services) or
Microsoft do Brasil invoices in BRL and issues the Brazilian Nota Fiscal
EletrĂ´nica. ICMS, ISS, PIS/COFINS, and import-of-services tax route through the hyperscaler.
Private offers carry multi-year terms and negotiated pricing. Brazilian deployment regions:
sa-east-1 and brazilsouth.

EU, UK, and other regions
The hyperscaler's local operating entity (for example, Amazon Web Services EMEA or the relevant Microsoft regional entity) acts as reseller of record and invoices in the local currency through the customer's existing AWS or Azure account. EU/EEA deployment regions are available across AWS and Azure. GDPR DPA terms apply via the HailBytes DPA.

If marketplace procurement is not your preferred path, direct HailBytes LLC contracts remain available under the standard export-of-services arrangement, with local-currency-equivalent pricing locked at execution and revaluation at renewal. Email contracts@hailbytes.com to scope. For most international customers the marketplace path produces less friction on tax and FX, which is why we lead with it.
