Today we're introducing HailBytes Security Awareness Training Platform - our enterprise phishing-simulation and training platform, built from the ground up for security teams that need to measure human risk and demonstrate compliance.

HailBytes SAT is a purpose-built, proprietary platform. Every component - the campaign engine, the reporting dashboard, the training content delivery system, the deployment infrastructure - is engineered and maintained by HailBytes, and distributed under the Elastic License 2.0 so customers can self-host on their own AWS or Azure account with full source availability.

One marketplace subscription runs unlimited campaigns for unlimited users, on infrastructure you control, with your VPC, your security groups, your retention policies, and your OIDC identity provider (Microsoft Entra ID or Google).

The platform is designed around compliance evidence, not just click-rate vanity metrics. Every campaign launch, export, and admin action lands in a structured audit log that exports to JSON or CSV, with REST API and webhooks for live SIEM/SOAR streaming. Quiz results land back in campaign results alongside click and submission events, giving you auditor-ready proof of documented training delivery.

Recurring Training Campaigns

Schedule phishing simulations and training on a monthly, quarterly, or annual cadence. The dashboard tracks compliance percentages per user and group across every campaign. No more manually rebuilding campaigns each quarter - set the schedule once and the platform handles the rest, including user enrollment, email delivery, and result tracking.

Interactive Quizzes

Training landing pages now include quizzes that provide real-time feedback, explaining correct answers as users go. This was the feature that made a CISO say “oh dang” during a recent demo. Instead of a static “you clicked a phishing link” page, employees get an interactive learning experience that reinforces the training objective immediately after the simulated phishing event.

Certificates of Completion

Auto-generated branded PDF certificates with the employee's name, training title, and completion date. Print preview and download built in - no more digging through Outlook to find proof of training completion for auditors. When your compliance team asks for evidence that employees completed security awareness training, the answer is a click away.

Deployment Model

HailBytes SAT deploys in your own cloud account from the AWS or Azure Marketplace in roughly five minutes. You own the infrastructure, you control the data, and you pay hourly with no per-seat fees or annual lock-in. Support is available through the HailBytes Cloud Support Hub.
